1. About UniqueServices

UniqueServices is a private document consultancy firm based in Sangli, Maharashtra, India. We assist individuals and businesses in preparing, filing, and tracking applications for government documents. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any government department.

2. Services Provided

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Passport application, renewal, and Tatkal processing assistance
• PAN Card application, correction, and linking
• FSSAI Food License registration and renewal
• GST Registration and return filing support
• Voter ID and Aadhaar update services
• Udyam / MSME registration

Our role is that of a consultant and facilitator. Final decisions on all applications rest solely with the relevant government authority.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your details during the application process
• Cooperate with any additional requirements from the government department
• Not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or misrepresentative purpose
• Pay the agreed service fee before or at the commencement of service

4. Fees & Payment

Our service fee covers consultation, document preparation, filing, and follow-up. It does not include government-mandated fees (e.g., passport application fee, FSSAI registration charges), which are paid separately and disclosed to you upfront.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is accepted via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. Service fees are non-transferable between service types.

5. Approval & Timelines

UniqueServices does not guarantee approval of any application. Approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. Timelines provided are estimates based on typical processing times and may vary due to government workload, holidays, or additional requirements.

We are not liable for delays caused by government departments, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

UniqueServices shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of applications by government authorities due to policy, eligibility, or incomplete government records
• Delays attributable to government processing times
• Loss or damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from our services

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the service fee paid by the client for that specific service.

7. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a service, please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

8. Confidentiality

All information and documents shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the UniqueServices website — including text, design, and graphics — is the property of UniqueServices. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
