Refund Policy

Clear, fair, and transparent — exactly what we promise.

Our service fee covers the work we do — consultation, document preparation, filing, and follow-up. Government fees paid to departments are non-refundable. We offer refunds or re-filings where the issue is on our end.

1. What Is Covered by Our Service Fee

The service fee you pay UniqueServices covers:

  • Initial consultation and document checklist
  • Review and verification of your documents
  • Application preparation and filing
  • Follow-up with the relevant government department
  • Status updates and case manager support

It does not include government-mandated fees (passport fees, FSSAI charges, GST filing fees, etc.), which are collected separately and paid directly to the department.

3. Government Fees Are Non-Refundable

Fees paid to government portals (Passport Seva, NSDL, FSSAI, GST Network, etc.) are governed by those departments' own policies. UniqueServices has no control over these fees and cannot refund them once submitted. We will always notify you of government fees before payment.

4. Application Rejections

If your application is rejected:

  • Due to our error (incorrect form filling, wrong document submitted by us): We will re-file at no additional service charge.
  • Due to government policy or eligibility (e.g., not meeting age criteria, existing records mismatch): No service fee refund. We will advise on next steps at no extra cost.
  • Due to inaccurate information provided by you: No refund. A re-filing will be quoted separately.

5. Cancellation by UniqueServices

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the agreed service (e.g., the service is discontinued, or unforeseen circumstances prevent completion), you will receive a full refund of the service fee and any government fees collected but not yet submitted.

6. How to Request a Refund
