Our service fee covers the work we do — consultation, document preparation, filing, and follow-up. Government fees paid to departments are non-refundable. We offer refunds or re-filings where the issue is on our end.
The service fee you pay UniqueServices covers:
It does not include government-mandated fees (passport fees, FSSAI charges, GST filing fees, etc.), which are collected separately and paid directly to the department.

Fees paid to government portals (Passport Seva, NSDL, FSSAI, GST Network, etc.) are governed by those departments' own policies. UniqueServices has no control over these fees and cannot refund them once submitted. We will always notify you of government fees before payment.
If your application is rejected:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the agreed service (e.g., the service is discontinued, or unforeseen circumstances prevent completion), you will receive a full refund of the service fee and any government fees collected but not yet submitted.
